| Orders placed after 2pm EST will be considered as
a submission received the next business day. For
example, a project received Friday after 2pm will
be considered a Monday submission. Also, if any
corrections are made after it has been submitted,
then the turnaround time applies for that day onward.
As per previous example, if the project was started
Monday morning and a correction was submitted Monday
afternoon, then the turnaround is extended an extra
day. We extend turnaround times in order to assure
that you are not only satisfied, but also delighted
with the final results. Please give yourself extra
time as per your project deadline.
